Terms and Conditions of Use

These rules establish the legal framework for accessing and using the services offered by Compinus. By using the platform, you fully accept the terms described below.

  1. Subject of Services

    Compinus provides digital solutions for document organization, automation of repetitive tasks, and workflow optimization in a secure online environment. The services do not include financial, medical, or legal advice.

  2. User Rights and Obligations

    The user undertakes to provide accurate information upon registration, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and not to use the platform for illegal activities. Any attempt at unauthorized access or disruption of service functionality will result in immediate account suspension.

  3. Compinus Rights and Obligations

    Compinus commits to maintaining a reasonable level of security and service availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation in cases of force majeure, technical failures, or cyber attacks. We reserve the right to modify platform functionalities with prior notice of at least 30 days.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    Compinus is not liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or business interruptions caused by the use of the services. The total liability of Compinus for any claim is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

  5. Data Confidentiality

    The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. The user may exercise their rights to access, rectify, and delete data by contacting our team at info@compinus.com.

  6. Duration and Termination of the Contract

    The contract is concluded for an indefinite period, starting from the date of registration. Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract without penalties, with a 14-day notice. In case of a serious breach of the terms, Compinus may immediately terminate access to the services.

  7. Modification of Terms

    Compinus may periodically update these terms. Users will be informed at least 30 days before the changes take effect, via email or a notification on the platform. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

  8. Applicable Law and Disputes

    This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania.
